  
The inhabitants of the douala community came out yesterday in their numbers as concerned the death of late Monique(may her soul RIP). they came out of the knooks and crannies of the city to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, they cant just sit and be illtreated for the fact that they are poor. silence was considered more than a crime at this point in time given that they said "WE ARE ALREADY IN PLACE...POPULATION OF DOUALA,JOIN US INFRONT OF LAQUINTINIE HOSPITAL. DOING NOTHING,SAYING NOTHING,BEING NEUTRAL IS WORSE THAN BEING A CRIMINAL"

This is the document from the minister of health Andre Mama Fouda, published in february 2016. The publication of this document was done as per the carelessness of hospitals in cameroon. It must be noted that a copy of this document was given to each of the government hospitals to urge them to do thier work dilligently, yet on Saturday, a set of twins lost their lives while they were still in their mother's stomach due to poverty.
