Camair-co cancelled it’s flight from Yaounde Nsimalen international airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle on the 11th of March 2015. Reports Say the company supplying fuel has refused to fuel the plane and has insisted that they will henceforth operate on a "payment before service" platform with the national airline.According to our informer the fuel supplier adopted this method as a means to stop Camair-co’s unpaid debts with them piling up.It should be noted that Camair-co presently owes almost all its partners including the Cameroon airport authority (ADC).
This current situation adds to an already existing tension within Camair-co with staffs salaries currently in arias by a month .
